I need to upgrade my existing phone to digital or Netphone VoIP! How do i do it?
Netphone is digitally enhance phone system and requires a good quality internet phone connection to connect and have crystal clear net phone calls via your broadband internet connection. It doesnt take much to look at upgrading to netphone VoIP but your setup does need to be correct, quite often, your installation and setup of your router will be needing to be upgraded.
NETPHONE VOIP is your way forward and purchasing a router for about $300-400 for a brand new Netphone VoIP-compatible router is critical to your phone setup and reliability, you need to still have a great router like the LINKSYS1200AC model or greater or some higher end model. The reason voip netphone has had a bad rap in the past with line call quality is not voip. It’s the infrastructure behind the scenes that make it all happen. This includes your router.
NETPHONE VOIP relies on a single internet broadband connection so your phone line is always connected to the internet. It is important to understand that if your broadband internet connection goes down then there is no home or business phone so it is important to get a router with built-in 4G-5G capacity so your broadband internet can continue to operate in the event of downtime with your broadband internet main line to your internet service provider. If your provider broadband internet connection is down then no phone or internet will work. If you have a redundancy with 4G, 5G then you will find it all just work, because 4G, 5G will act as a back up broadband internet connectivity to your service provider.
Make no mistake, Netphone VoIP is a great product and it is a step forward in telecommunications but you do need to have a proper setup and requirement for your Netphone VoIP phone to operate correctly and of course a proper, suitable plan with your broadband internet service provider.
